The wine is mineral and spicy with multi-layered aromas from mango and passion fruit to lime and grapefruit. Fine nuances of oak and vibrant acidity create an experience, which is seldomly to be found. Again this is top of the line when it comes to Sauvigion Blanc. The fermentation in oak takes away some of the youthfulness but adds a great deal of complexity to the wine. We call it a sipping wine as you want to prolong the pleasure as long as possible.
