My love for wine brought me to the position of Sommelier at Caviar and Bull, so exploring new wines is my every day mission .When I met Thomas and Mili a couple of years ago, they introduced me to a wide selection of wines from Germany and South Africa and I was very happy to include them on our wine list. Caviar and Bull is one of the leading restaurants in Malta and our customers expect a wine list that matches this position. So their range of well known brands and hidden wine Champions fits very well to our approach of hospitality.
