The grapes have been selected from Burgundy clones; the wines shows its denseness and complexity through its full bright color with violet reflexes. On the nose it has eucalyptus, Dark cherry and freshly roasted coffee notes with a hint of Thyme. On the palate theses aromas are accompanied by well balanced silky tannins and roasted notes with a very long finish

The wine is fermented in oak barrels for 18 month on the lees after the bruise have been pre selected and de-stemed.
