Bright, attractive Pinot Noir nose. Black cherries, raspberries in bouquet and on the palate. Medium tannins, harmoniously integrated. Bone dry but with attractive, typical Pinot fruit. Elegant style of dry Pinot Noir without the influence of new oak.
How the wine is madePicked by hand, 90% de-stemmed, 10% bunches with stems fermented in open top fermenters. Punch-down of the cap three times per day. Ageing 2- and 3- year old in 225 l Francois Frères barriques.
