Produced from Castelão and Arinto, it is the Quinta’s first sparkling wine. Faithful to traditional principles, it is prepared by the classic method, making the fermentation in bottle with free yeast. After 24 months of aging, the degorgement was carried out in December 2020. With a fine and persistent bubble, with aromas of confit citrus and toasted bread and a vibrant acidity in the mouth, it finishes creamy and elegant.
