The grapes used in the production of this wine are harvested manually and subjected to a pre-fermentative maceration process at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 months.

Intense and bright ruby ​​color. On the nose, it has intense fruity aromas, with hints of red and black fruits. In the mouth, it is an elegant and balanced wine, with smooth tannins and a long finish.

The Piloto Collection Alfrocheiro 2021 pairs well with red meat dishes, cured cheeses and pasta with intense sauces.
