Very rare blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Laurent, Blaufränkisch and Sangiovese. Cabernet clearly dominates the nose, cool notes of a eucalyptus forest, ripe cranberries, a little clove and sour cherry, a very engaging nose. A full-bodied and intense texture on the palate, but not a flatter, it also has a fine acidity, very soft tannin, some dark chocolate, gingerbread, sour cherry, dense and harmonious towards the finish. Continuous participants in the final for the German red wine award and a 1st place speak for winemakers & wine.
