Weissburgunder ( Pinot Blanc) plays with its expressive, clear bouquet. It produces a lot of stone fruit, banana and ripe pear, wonderfully complemented by very subtle walnut notes.

The taste shows an elegant, lean-bodied style with a creamy acidity structure. Rather, it shows an abundance of ripe, yellow fruits on the tongue, especially honeydew melon. Especially in the aftertaste it convinces with its creamy freshness.

A light, elegant summer wine, a fine alternative to Riesling. Goes well with light meals as it is not overreaching on the nose or palate. In the region it is coming from, the Weissburgunder is also named" the white asparagus wine "as both grow only a few miles apart.

Harvest of healthy grapes in mid-September. Very gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tank to reach a delicate, fresh style. Maturation on the full yeast until January 2021 to balance the acidity structure; then bottling.
