This wine presents itself with an intensive herbal fragrance which continues on the palate. The wine is dry with filigree aromas of cassis and freshly cut grass.

This blend of different fragrances is wonderfully harmonious. it´s balanced structure also stands out in the taste and is particularly impressive on the palate with a fruitiness that sometimes is mistaken for sweetness.

Fresh, bitter, vegetable notes such as rosemary but also grass and a little cassis create a fantastic finish. A very drinkable wine for light dinners or just with friends on the terrace.

How the wine is made

Early harvest at the end of September of healthy grapes to vinify a filigree Scheurebe style. Very gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tank to bring out the typical Scheurebe fruitiness.
