The little brother of the Spätlese has a character of its own. The scent is intense and fresh, characterized by fine minerality. Fine notes of citrus and stone fruit, combined with a subtle earthy note. The taste presents its elegant, harmonious structure. A very clear mouth feeling with finely defined fruit. Rounded off by a fine scent of green apple. In the reverberation, the mineral structure is balanced with the lively acidity.

A classic Riesling with its medium-heavy body, can be enjoyed on its own as well as with a meal.

Harvest of healthy grapes at the end of September. Very gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and large old wooden barrels to achieve a harmonious, round body with a balanced acidity structure.
