The Petri Chardonnay sparkling wine is a fine, puristic winegrower's sparkling wine, which is based on the French “Blanc de Blanc” in its production.

The fine scent reminds of fresh yeast pastries, such as brioche in combination with subtle, fine citrus notes.

In the mouth, this sparkling wine is very clear and filigree with a fine, pearly, fresh Mousseau. The light, pearly tongue feeling is complemented with intense citrus notes and a filigree minerality.

These components stay on the tongue for a long time thanks to an invigorating acidity structure.

Harvest of perfectly, on limestone ripened Chardonnay grapes at the end of August. Slowly, gentle pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Bottling in April 2019 for second fermentation, disgorged after 15 months of yeast storage
