Questions about product The best grapes were selected from over 30-year-old vines, which are rooted deep in the limestone marl soil, in order to give this Silvaner the strength to store it in barrique barrels for at least 24 months. Harvested in 2016, it was bottled in May 2019. Since we only vinify one 225 l barrel per vintage, it pays to be quick.
