A very interesting blend of Pinot Noir and Blauer Portugieser. 10-month aging phase in 225l used barrique barrels (3rd - 5th occupancy; 50% Allier, 50% American oak)

Raspberry and cranberry, vegetal and spicy aromas. Lavender and lovage. Flattering fruity taste with fresh herbal aromas, gentle tannins and black pepper in the finish. In contrast to the HARAKIRI from the earlier bottling, it is much more calm. 90 points from James Suckling.
