The Chenin Blanc Bush Vines shows characteristicly wild honey, peaches and apricot flavours. A well-made complex wine with a balanced palate, good structure and long lingering finish.

An outstanding vintage, no heat waves and low night temperatures. Summer was dry with some welcoming rain in February which provided flavourful grapes with 10% botrytis. Partially spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts and then blended together. Extended lees contact is allowed after fermentation.
