The wine fermented 12 month in the traditional method, his fascinating bouquet of red berries is accompanied by tastes of Cacao, Tonka Bean and Vanilla. The additional 18 month on oak has added complexity and structure. Give this wine a bit of air before serving and it will thank you with much more balance and depth.
