31 month in French oak and the tannins of the Cabernet Dorsa are still dominant. This is a strong barrique wine with dark berries and black cherries on the nose. On the palate the fruit is accompanied by flavours of coffee, dark chocolate and mocha. This wine goes well with dark meat and heavy stews but you should also try it together with a piece of dark chocolate on its own.
