Cuvée Lage Rosenberg 2016 from Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch. The red Gäa is thinned out by 75% on the vine and thus produces a very high quality grape juice. It matures in oak barrels for 30 months. Vanilla, smoked chocolate, cranberry, blackberry, ripe dark cherries, Soft, harmonious wine with a good finish. Little acidity due to the long maturation process in barriques. More alcohol due to longer standing time. Good malolactic.
