Fresh Creation Chardonnay is slightly more fruit-driven than others with generous quince, pear and peach aromas and flavours, enhanced by fresh minerality and hints of vanilla. Well-judged acidity contributes excellent balance and a lively, lingering aftertaste.

Barrel fermentation took place at 20°Celsius and was accompanied by fortnightly bâtonnage.
