A fruity off dry style wine, with aromatic character and refreshing mineral acidity. Perfect in summer, as an aperitif or with light salads and asian dishes
How the wine is made
Philipp Kiefer the winemaker has changed many ways of this traditional winery. He has been nominated upcoming talent of the VDP. The grapes are all harvested around St. Martin. The hills are a bit steeper and all facing south. Fermentation took place in steel tanks at around 23°C racked and then filtered before botteling.
